The hotel had an excellent location near public transportation. The staff checked me in early. I thought that was kind. I also found the room quality excellent (it included toiletries and a shower). I appreciated luggage storage after checking out too.

I found the check-in process complicated. I spent quite a bit of time trying to get through it online. I was not successful due to website issues.

I noticed a wonderful coffee shop downstairs. It was very convenient. Waking up to a latte was lovely. This made my mornings much better.

the location was excellent , offering easy access to many tourist spots and a metro line nearby. the room was clean and well maintained, with effective sound insulation despite facing the street. i found the free lockers to be a very helpful amenity for storing luggage after checkout. the staff were friendly and provided excellent support.

the online check-in process was somewhat complicated , and i spent a bit of time navigating it before my arrival.

The location was fantastic. It was very close to public transportation and some cute cafes. it was also walking distance from scenic locations. the staff provided specific recommendations based on the length of my stay. i was kinda surprised by the room quality. It was very excellent.
